Our Installation service is an option for our clients’ convenience.

What is included?

The offer includes free installation of the chosen template to your support portal, customized icons and the home page layout setup.

What is not included?

Any template changes are not included.

If you need changes, use the Branding and the Customization services.

How much will it cost?

Installation is free since it doesn't require a lot of time.

How long will it take?

The installation is normally scheduled for completion within 12-48 hours. The amount of time it takes depends on the product selected, as well as on the time lapse between our staff’s correspondence with you and your replies, i.e. the time it takes to gather usernames/passwords as we’ll need this information to start your project.

How is the new theme deployed?

We install the chosen theme to your support portal where you can test everything with your real content in the preview mode. You check the changes and publish everything when you are ready, the changes are published immediately.

Can it be purchased later?

No problem, you can buy it later as a separate order. You can do it whenever you want.

Can I install a theme on my own?

You will need to provide us with temporary administrator access for installation.

If you have concerns about providing us with a temporary administrator privilege you can install your theme on your own. It is rather simple. Learn more about the installation process.
